The Stamps School seeks an energetic, dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join the Stamps Gallery team as the Preparator and Exhibitions Coordinator.
Reporting to the Director of the Stamps Gallery, the incumbent will be an integral part of a small team, and be involved in all aspects of exhibitions and programs at the Stamps Gallery. The individual will be responsible for overseeing key functions of coordination of the exhibition logistics from concept to close including installations and shipping arrangements. This is a benefits eligible position.

This internship will give an up and coming rock-star the chance to make a significant impact on our company’s brand and creative direction. You’ll be involved with our social media strategy, brand voice, color palette, and brand positioning.
The Jewel internship provides mentoring and learning opportunities to help develop your skills and network with the local startup community. Ideal candidates will be highly independent, entrepreneurial, great communicators and very creative.
We’re specifically looking for talented students who have skills and experience in photography, fashion, video, drawing, social media and/or content creation. Analytical, social media, marketing, or experience with previous startups are a plus.

The Center on Finance, Law, and Policy is seeking a part-time student graphic designer.
Students will work directly with the Center’s Assistant Executive Director to publicize Center programs and events by creating a wide variety of products. These include but are not limited to: posters, programs, social media images, flyers, brochures, reports, and donor communications
Requirements: Applicant must be a current University of Michigan student with exceptional design skills. . The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be excited by the idea of translating complex concepts into accessible design through non-traditional media such as comics, animation, or video. Preference will be given to Stamps School of Art & Design applicants, those with extensive work experience in design and those with work-study in their financial aid packages.
Timing and Pay: $10/hour. 8-15 hours/week. September – December, 2018. Ideally, this would extend to the winter semester.
