Esslinger Receives ISC award and Exhibits at Grounds for Sculpture

Reed Esslinger (MFA 2012) has received the 2012 Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award from the International Sculpture Center.

A selection from Reed’s MFA thesis exhibition at the University of Michigan, “Vested for Apotropaic Breath,” 2011, will be on display in the Domestic Arts Building at the Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ from October 20, 2012 through March 31, 2013. An opening reception will be held on October 19, 2012 in honor of the Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award recipients, faculty sponsors and the institutions they represent.
