The Ebola Design Charette, held at Stamps January 16 — 18, brought together experts, professionals and students from across the university and industry to generate new design solutions specific to the Ebola outbreak. A wide array of smart, often deceptively simple inventions and designs for improving the procedures around Ebola healthcare was generated – from glove removal devices, to an Ebola survivors radio, to an innovative way to allow an embrace between a caregiver and a patient.

The teams’ innovative design outcomes are on display along the Stamps first floor West corridor through February 19.
