Our vision is to make the world’s best tools accessible to every person. TEKTON hand tools are at the center of this vision, and a Product Developer is responsible for designing and developing tools that they personally believe in and that are made for real tool users.
A Product Developer needs to be fast, effective, and comfortable with a range of technologies, which includes being an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and other industry standards. A Product Developer will regularly communicate design solutions to manufacturing partners, so it’s important that this person can clearly and effectively articulate complex ideas when speaking or writing.
